PDF Studio
The four jobs people actually need, in one place. Pick a tab, drop your file, done — nothing is uploaded.
Rebuild each page as an optimised image at the quality you pick. Best for scans and image-heavy files that are too big to send.
Choose a PDFShrinks scans and image-heavy PDFs the most.
Compression level
Several methods are tried and the smallest result wins, so the output is never bigger than what you put in.
Your file never leaves this device. Processing happens in your browser, so nothing is uploaded and nothing is stored.
How to pdf studio
- Pick a tab. Compress, Merge, To Word or Edit pages — whichever job you came for.
- Drop your file. Set the options that appear, then run it.
- Download and repeat. Feed the result into another tab if you need a second pass.
One workspace for the everyday PDF jobs: shrink a file, join several into one, pull the text into Word, and edit or reorder pages. Everything runs in your browser.
Frequently asked questions
What can PDF Studio do?
Four things, on tabs: Compress shrinks a file to fit an upload limit, Merge joins several PDFs into one, To Word pulls the text into an editable document, and Edit pages lets you change text, draw, highlight, and delete or reorder pages.
Can I chain the tools together?
Not automatically yet — each tab produces a finished file. Download the result and drop it into the next tab to run a second pass, for example merge first and then compress.
Is it different from the individual tool pages?
Same engines, same results. Studio just saves you jumping between pages. The separate Compress, Merge and PDF to Word pages exist for people who arrive looking for exactly one of them.
Is there a file size or usage limit?
No limits and no account. The only ceiling is your own device memory, since the work happens on your machine rather than a server.
